The Mill Fudge Factory is a family-owned fudge shop in the historic town square of Bristol, NH. Our unique family recipe, which was originally inspired by traditional Scottish fudge, is made by hand in small batches from scratch the old-fashioned way.

After much experimentation, we are very proud to offer a special fudge has a melt-in-your-mouth texture that's not too sweet. We use only pure, natural ingredients such as real maple syrup, Belgian dark chocolate (72% cocoa), and natural extracts with no artificial preservatives. Guaranteed fresh and flavorful!

Our fudge is made daily in small batches from scratch. When it hits the exact temperature, we pour it onto a marble surface where we work it until in cools. Once cool, we shape it into handmade loaves. We then slice it, place in boxes and ship. Our fudge contains pure cane sugar, which is a natural preservative so it lasts 4 weeks assuming you can wait that long before eating it all up! It can also be frozen if longer life is desired, but it is generally not recommend to refrigerate fudge.
